Level 1-2: For beginning and continuing students. Refine healthy movement habits,
cultivate awareness and increase breath capacity to build endurance and wellness.
Level 2-3: For continuing students. Embody more subtle ways of engaging, releasing
and experiencing the asanas as an exploration of the wholeness of mind-breath-body.
Please feel free to make-up missed classes within the current series by attending any class listed above
or invite a friend to class to use your missed class credit.
Class will be cancelled if Portland Public Schools are closed.
